Set in the Rainhill conservation area of St Helens the scheme sought to maximise the potential of the existing site with a single building developed and regenerated to provide 8 luxury, spacious apartments set over three floors. The popular location twinned with the bespoke design generated huge interest and all apartments sold either off plan or on completion.
